2nd Generation Orthodontist
Born and raised in a suburb of Philadelphia, Dr. Nuveen is a graduate of Colgate University with a major in Molecular Biology. He attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where he earned his D.M.D. degree. Following a year of hospital-based general dentistry, Dr. Nuveen attended Temple University for his Orthodontic Residency where he received his Certificate of Orthodontics and Masters Degree in Dentistry.
Dentistry is not new to the Nuveen family. Dr. Nuveen is a second generation orthodontist. His father practiced as an orthodontist for 32 years in Bucks County, PA. Dr. Nuveen also has a twin brother, Erik, who is both a DMD and an MD. His sister, Jessica, is office manager of a busy plastic surgery office. And his mother was a Dental Hygienist.
Dr. Nuveen has 3 children, all boys. Each child participates in multiple traveling sports so free time is rare.
